I hope you get your surgery underway. It makes a massive difference? to your lif e and how you feel about yourself. Take out a loan or something because the benefits will be felt immediately. I'm two years out from my surgery now and am half the woman I was having lost over 140lbs. If only I'd been brave enough to take the plunge years ago. I wasted a big chunk of my life. x Go for it!!

If you have any plastics to remove skin you will have scars as well. It's not so much about looks but health and feeling good. You will see and feel the benefits of WLS out weigh the bad things :)

I want to do what? comes natural without it being a mammoth task i.e., cut my toenails, wipe my botty, carry things up stairs, clean house, trawl round the malls, dance, fit through turnstiles etc..People will be so busy looking at my smiley face they won't see any scars below my chin!! Keep the scars out of the sun for a year or so and it should heal nicely.
