I remember meeting Chili at Lenox Square Mall in Atlanta about 12 years ago. She was really sweet. Atlanta is def. her stomping ground b/c? not many people bothered her. They would just scream her name and she would wave back and continue to shop.

That depends on how old people are. If they were old enough to remember the 90's and have lived through most of? the 90's they will know about TLC. Kids today to young to remember the 90's or who were born after TLC's peak in fame aren't going to remember. Older people 20+ years old will remember more about the things that were popular in the 90's over those younger Since Beyonce is still currently doing music than the younger people will know about her or Destiny's Child.
