After watching it a couple more times, the band is faking it. The drummer and the guy on the B3 srew up a bit but the singing? is real. There's a lot of pops and some distortion although she knows how to work that mic well. No innuendo intended. Mic technique for singers is a bit of a skill in itself.

All due respect man. That isn't lip synching. Nope it ain't. Likely the stage is elevated and they have the chords running under the stage off set to where the amps are set up. T.V. may have seemed archaic compared to today but they paid a lot of attention to detail. Listen to the studio version. This is not it. They didn't have in ear monitoring to keep them in synch back then. Pretty amazing for them to be on? cue without anything to synch up to. This is live.
