nah man actually New Orleans is usually on the top 10? most dangerous cities in the world list. Louisiana has the highest rate of people in prison per capita more than anywhere else in the world. These are straight facts that ive read from the local paper and doing some research. in 2009 we were number 5 right under Grozny, Chechnya.
