Sighh.? This song hardly conveys the gravity of the message that Sakamoto achieved to articulate in his original recording. I suppose there isn't anything wrong with revivals, but I just don't think this lyrics does any justice. I guess she's a talented singer though

It just?? amazes me how diverse her music is. She can do any genre, and beat, it's crazy. Simple & Clean/ Passion/Sanctuary, are still my all time fave's , though. Utada will always be my favourite singer!

Replying to all the people who says the lyrics are horrible, I remember when this song was released, there was symbolism in the lyrics like mad. Maybe it is sounds just like some random lyrics now, but it does have symbolism regarding the release date, place and how back when it was released. If I remember correctly, MCML-FYI was released through the internet on a certain time worldwide. As there is a big time difference between NYC and TYO, it was? either night in TYO or NYC
