So in case people don't really understand the problem I'm having. When I move from pinch two to pinch three, the head-part of the shirt naturally folds on front of the forefinger (right hand). Then I assume I should release the grip from that part and grab the bottom-part, while still keeping the thumb in place. Then when I move my right hand back to "flick" the shirt, I end up having the forefinger inside the fold (which is shaped like a CC-rotated J seen from the top), not on the front? of it.

I don't get pinch 3. My right hand ends up backwards when I do the "flick". The fold turns out decent but it doesn't look like the video. And I don't understand what "making sure you that you've gripped the front and back of the t-shirt fabric" means. It has nothing to do with the back and front side of the t-shirt because that would be impossible in the first pinch - and if it only means that you have to hold each side of your pinch? with your fingers, I still don't get pinch three. Help anyone?

I had a different experience with Jacky Tam of British Tailors. I recently had 2 suits plus shirts tailored by him. End result were poorly fitted suits and shirts despite specifying in detail what I wanted and even left a sample suit jacket? for him to copy. I can only hypothesise that he may be good at tailoring regular styles but not slim fit. Buyer beware.

Keep one hand in the corners for now so you can 6: Stretch out elastic on each side, shake? to get it flat, release elastic. 7: Fold elastic in, make sheet lay flat. 8: Continue folding as 1 layer.

I have watched dozens of these videos and none of them explains the? process successfully. I just spent 30 minutes with a sheet and my laptop watching video trying to fold the damn thing the way they describe and NONE OF THEM HELP. After you bring the first 2 corners together they totally confuse me and I end up with just a rumpled ball of fabric turned inside out. Surely somebody can make one of these videos in slow motion or freeze-frame mode to clearly explain what ought to be a simple task.

I saw this the day it aired and I was getting so annoyed... come on Pat it isn't really THAT hard to do... I was taught to do this when I was 18 and never looked back. I also take the flat sheet and pillow cases and fold them all together into one big item.. ie.. flat sheet, then fitted? than pillow cases and fold together and you have a nice neat don't have to look for matching items. Hope you can follow what I mean..
