Great observation. Pound for pound men are 50-70% stronger in upper body? than women but pound for pound women are very good in lower body stregnth. Much has to do with pelvis make up and childbearing and they need lower body stregnth. They have good legs, too.

i benchpress 120kgs after having been sick for a while and kinda out of shape.and it wasnt hard for me to get? there when i started working out. started with 80 kgs got to 120 after 2-3 years and i didn't take neither training nor nutrition seriously.but i was a teen back then though. i guess i'm above average then. and i know it's 265pounds:) my bench is 310 pounds now(145kg).It's harder to evolve right now as a full-grown man.

It seems that you dont know? much about bodybuilding and muscles. A man can absolutely develop muscles like oana's if his training and nutrition are the appropriate and if he is dedicated to it. Also the result of oana's strength is not only because of steroids but because of hard work and dedication as well. There's 165 lbs there in a warmup set...And it's not about the weight, but how you pump the muscles...When you do your workout and see some huge guy/girl using the same weight, then it's not them being weak, but them having? the right technique to do the exercise, focus on the muscle, get the pump...That's how they get big...It's not about what weight you use, but about how you use the weight...Not powerlifting, but bodybuilding...

LOL...Evidence?...Of a 200 lbs benchpress?...But that's quite normal!...It's quite easy to start working out, focus a bit on your benchpress and within a year you'll be capable of pressing 200 lbs. Many women don't benchpress that much though. Rita doesn't either...But? with all her talent, strength and experience, 200 lbs on the bench is quite normal...
