Info on grand dies ( from my own research) sets are about 35.$ per set and up . up to 3rd size fits in cuttle bug ( so not worth it )up to the 4th size fits in the big shot . caliper machine is 100.$ and only cuts flat dies .Sizzix dies don't fit in it at all. All original spellbinders dies are still available . I agree that the squares and rectangles are? a waste cause u can cut those out yourself. Anything intricate is worth the money cause each set is roughly 25$ hope this helps TFS Hugs Jo

Great tips & advice tfs bye for now Eileen.?

Your advice is spot on, I also have those dies you said are your? faves but do not see much use for the square or rectangles, so I never got them. I also have a cricut and can cut any shape I design, but I still always grab for my labels and circle dies when I am card making and even though I have a Cricut it is nice to grab these for the convince and stencil work :)

Your hair looks great! I made my own "book" out of heavy weight? chipboard and covered it eith design paper. I use the magnetic strips to hold the spellbinders in place! It works for me but I would rather have the cases like you!!! hugs--angela

Just started doing this with my nestabilities and love it. Do? you store your other dies like this (ie MFT and ATS?)
By: collbn. on 30 Mar 12, 00:09:01
I like your hair Amy, I store my normal size dies in the cd cases and larger ones in plastic DVD cases. The Grand Calibur sizes I store on magnetic sheets in a binder,?

I like the magnetic sheet idea, thank you! I'm new to the die cutting thing (my daughters surprised me with a Vagabond!), so any suggestions are welcome. I'm with you on the squares, though, I figured? cutting them is quick & easy, no need for the die. And storage, yikes, things sure get out of hand quickly!

I really liked this? video!! I hope you'll do more with punches, ink colors, stamps etc. Its helpful! I know you don't like recommending products, but I did find it helpful seeing which dies you use the most, and which you don't use at all. I can't tell you how many things I've got in my craft room that I bought and NEVER used. So you don't scrapbook at ALL?? You're so amazing with cards- I was hoping you scrapped and would show us a layout one of these days!!

Good idea with the magnets. I used the? CD cases but didn't think of the magnets. Will get some.

That's the first time I've seen that method of storage. I might have to look into that. It's nice and neat? and I like that they can't fall out.
