PART 2-I actually lost a few lbs but ended up making myself severely anemic.I'm ashamed of my actions and even when i knew I was doing wrong, i'd make excuses for myself. The reason i'm telling you all this is because I think it's important to put it out there regardless,we have to hold each other's hands on here because we all suffer the same demons.i'm eating better now but I guess my fear? is like someone that's turned away from from booze,when is that next bottle going to tempt me again.

Most of the time when I'm zapped of energy and? don't have a good reason for it (like being overworked or not sleeping), then it's dehyddration. Are you staying hydrated? I know you're taking your vitamins. Make sure you're getting in your fluids and see if that makes any difference. Otherwise, I'd suggest some labs to see if you're lacking something simple to replace. Best wishes. Dena

Well, exercise is the key to keep your metabolism working but when we have a 8hrs desk job sometimes it's difficult. So, I try to do small set of walk or standing in front to the computer or even sitting on the exercise ball. For foods, I eat protein and good carbs such as: Slices of roasted turkey breast or chicken, carrots, 1 cup of baked yams and any green veggie like steamed brocoli. Those are small portions for mt snacks that will keep me full and not too hungry? at the end of the day.

Lately I have found that drinking 3? or 4 Emergen-C packets makes me feel better throughout the day. I know it is hard! Take a short walk at lunch - get out in the sun and be sure to take a break and chat with some friends. Don't work through lunch or skip it. I hope you find your energy!

I don't know what type of work you do. But if you work behind the desk. There are exercises you can do? to keep yourself energized. I actually favorited a video about exercises at work. Also snacks that will keep your metabolism going. Maybe that might help you feeling up to beat.

Lately, I have to physically force myself to crawl to the gym!! lol I also find that the more I do, the more energy I feel I have. If I lay around all day, that's all I feel like doing..just lying around! The days I go to the gym, I feel so much better! Even just working? my yard makes me feel energized. Also, vitamins are a HUGE asset! I take tons of vitamins and drink loads of water! Hope this helps a bit.

For me, if i wait to workout till later there is a bigger chance that I will not do it. When I first lost a lot of? weight, I did it by forcing myself to workout first thing in the morning, before work. I see a workout machine in the background of your video so I guess you dont have to go to a gym which makes it even easier. It turns into a habit and you will feel better

Sounds good. Is it truly low-carb? Have you checked to see if you remain in ketosis? after eating it? Does it not make you crave carbs? I had a lap band in 2005 and lost a lot of weight. However, I love all kinds of carbs especially ice cream. I have gained back almost all of the weight. Does this bread taste and feel like sawdust or sandpaper? I may check it out, but don't want to go through the same thing a lot of us went through years ago with Ezekiel bread. It wasn't as low carb as stated.

While I really appreciate your videos, I must say the prices Julian? Bakery charges are simply beyond ridiculous. $7.99 each for their low carb bread and cinnamon almond raisin bread?! Plus shipping?! Shipping should be FREE at those prices! Do they cater only to the rich? Do they realize the bad economic times we are in? Great response, Deb. I don't have my band yet, but I totally agree with you in saying your viewer definitely needs to talk with his/her surgeon, because eating slider foods is just not healthy and? there has to be a way they can eat the good foods. Hugs!! :)

great job explaining...It's a shame your viewer is having such a hard time. You should refer him or her to me..I can certainly speak to over fills and having trouble with certain foods at any fill level. However, I'll restate...I do not regret my band at all. I wouldn't change a thing. but a good fill level (which can take month to achieve)? is essential for proper nutrition and restriction. Thanks for the vid! A

I wish I could eat chicken more. I used to love it, but can't seem to tolerate it very well as beef and seafood. It's amazing how things change with this surgery. I don't have lapband, though, so I don't understand? about the fills, but I think you did a nice job on this video with your explanation. You are looking great

CONGRATS on the? loss girl! I am so happy for you. Let me know what you find out about those containers. They sound like something I would love to have. I have ones that are separated but they are 1/2 cup on each side. I got them at Babies R Us in the toddler food section. Hope that helps! :D

Congrats Deb on being a loser again. The only thing I can think of that would have the partitioned containers would be baby food containers. Try checking out the baby section next time your at the store.? They have all sorts of convenient tupperware-ish containers.

happy birthday! mine is coming up too. I am 5 years older than you! good for you with stepping up your exercise. i have done this and have? noticed a huge difference. it's a mindset that we have to fight with. one day i just said to myself, " I am not giving myself the option!". It is a must in my book now, to step it up everyday. I know you can do it! As for good healthy snack food replacements, I go and get fresh fruit every week to change it up a bit and these calories are almost free! yay!

Well because we are swollen after a fill, and we are supposed to adapt and move slowly into each fill, at least is why we do it... I can't imagine eating right after? fill, I don't think I am capable w/o getting sick

my surgeon says liquids for 24 hrs but I have come to find every surgeon is different, I usually just do? 24 hrs liquids, 24hrs mooshies and try to slowly go back to normal food. I really don't eat a lot of carbs, crackers and such is a rare treat, and no way can I do bread. I do need to make myself exercise more though =/

How many cc's does your band hold?? Mine is a 5cc band and I have only 1 1/2cc's now. I am scheduling a fill in the next two weeks. Happy that they found your port.lol. 83lbs!! for how long after each fill do you have to be on liquids? is this everytime? Sorry about the stall. just got out of one myself. What? breaks my stalls is drinking all my water, exercising/walking 30 mins everyday, & taking in 70 grams of protein everyday, and the biggest one is Avoiding starchy carbs: baked goods, breads, rice, pasta, crackers, etc. When I follow those things my stall breaks in about 2 days. & I don't give myself the option to not exercise. I tell myself I don't have a choice!
