my second konadicure.

i think this turned out really well! it's a bit fuzzy but you can still see that you don't have to use the special nail polishes to get a great result. here i used a pretty raspberry shade OPI had out a few years back - i don't know the name of it - and the black creme from wet & wild "wild shine". i also used the seche vite base and top coats, and i am very happy with both of them.

i loved playing with my first konad image plate, m56, and wanted to try a few new non-konad polishes. several of these were listed on sasse's stamping stampede list. i took my phone and shopped the list :) walgreens ended up with the best selection and the best deals (besides sally's).

My first results w Konad!

I just received my Konad double-side stamp set & m56 image plate. I don't have the "special nail polish" but definitely will be getting some... as well as some additional image plates. This is just a quick video of my results - FIRST TIME- so you can see how cute, easy & fun this is! I'll do a how-to video another day, but for now here's a peek!!

Carousel storage for my scrapbooking desk. I wanted a black one but with more of the details so I bought a white one with the details/finishings on it that I was looking for, then removed the hardware and my hubby painted it with black Rustoleum enamel - turned out really shiny and pretty! This is the perfect storage solution for all those items you need at your fingertips while crafting.
