Try banishing the junk foods /candy! It? creates a need if you eat something with sugar your body will want more. Enlist your children to help you. Make it harder to go into the cabinet, I just read that someone puts a child lock on the cabinet. It makes you pause and think do I really want to eat what I am craving. You will win. You will succeed.
