And WE ARE THE APES? in question. We simply have to CUT DOWN our over-all consumption of earth's resources, on the one hand, while DRASTICALLY REDUCING OUR APELY FECUNDITY. Those who've already TAKEN & used up so much of the Earth in the last 150 years need to TAKE IT EASY on their consumption; & the poorer need to raise LESS children & educate them better. Or we ALL WILL HANG together, since there's no Santa Claus, Jesus, Allah, Bhudda, Giri-Guru who'd "come" & save us from our stupidity.

This is nothing more --- no more logic, reasoning, or any other such "higher" thoughts --- than a whole bunch of apes, on one side, pointing to a whole bunch of apes, on the other side... jumping, chattering, seemingly saying THEY ARE THE GUILTY AND BAD APES! The fact of the matter is, there are just TOO MANY APES all over the world, and Earth is having a? harder and harder time NURTURING enough easily edible things (plants, fish, land animals, grains, etc.) to feed 7B+ apes on earth.

Then they will start to bring arms on board and become hostil to officials who try and make the arrests; further escalating the situation. Or you could apply logic to the situation and not resort to savage idiocy. Campaign the gov to act against the illegal vessels. Sierra Leone is riddled with corrupt officials, describe the brevity of the situation to the native fishers to get them to put money towards a special interest group to bribe the officials who have the power to hire coast? guards
