I agree with you completely. I too was trying to eliminate meat from my diet. I started cutting it out to once or twice a week, then finally I just had to go all or nothing. Now I've not had meat? in over a month and I have to say the feeling is great. I've even lost weight (not the goal) and feel so much healthier. Good luck and keep it up!

I'm not vegan but I have been cutting way back on meat consumption, sadly I have a 15 yr old who throws up every time I dare talk him into trying a vegetable. I am very concerned about his future health and this type of diet, I sneak veggies into everything I can possibly conceal them into. We however have become? committed to buying meat from locals which means buying big or paying big. My husband knows the butcher & we know the most humane method is used in the process. Vegan=working on it.
