I think only a small percentage of the hoarders are really hurting anybody and anyone. Some ? yeah are off the plot. When I helped move my grand parents 20 years ago it took 40+ trips with a full sized pick up to move there house 30 of those were junk they'd hoarded but they never thought of it that way because they came up thru the depression. I used to pick up brush and leaves at one job and the bags of leaves sometimes I though had bodies in them.

You are SO like me! I've been cracking out on the show Hoarders lately and I have been wondering the same thing about myself! I almost got out of bed at 11 PM to start cleaning after seeing my first episode. LOL Listen, I do the same thing as you, collect and save stuff to make other stuff. You may feel subconsciously anxious in your dreams about losing your things, but if in you waking day, these things don't cause any negative feelings, then it's likely safe to assume you're not probably a "hoarder". Aw I could never get tired of you or your vlogs or stories. I think from the way I understand "hoarding" as it's defined, that you may or may not be a "hoarder". Due to the fact that it is one thing to "collect" things... And put them somewhere. It's another thing when it "takes over" a room or an entire house. If some things make you want to create, and collect them for re-purposing and such....., as long as? it's not stressing you out, but actually making you feel happier instead......

Love those carpets! My? dreams are the same way. My cat and dog woke me up right in the middle of an important part. I had super powers, I was able to move stuff with my mind but my powers were going haywire because I ate mushrooms and apparently the mushrooms were my kryptonite. When I tried to move stuff, I could only get stuff to spin and sort of wobble in mid air. (I haven't made it to the post office yet but I do have something for you.)

I do weird things like that all the time---moleskine I think makes a new series of Dream tracking journals. Or just a dream sketchbook. I find that if I track things, I can often? go back and pull ideas from my dreams dated long before the ideas materialized in my conscious mind.

I remember my mother being over-protective and my dad usually having other things on his mind which took precedence over being strict, but he had a mean temper.
